How do I use the Ftp Uploader? after you have received the user name and password and put them in just log in all other options will remain as they are, in the second page you will need to choose: Upload. on the next page choose: Browse "Files" on left side for single files or "Archives" for multiple files in zip, or win rar file folders, after you have located your file on you computer just select it and hit enter, when your file is visible on the browse section you are ready to send it (note you may choose several file to be sent at once, just browse and hit enter again for each file or folder) if ready hit the GREEN ARROW above to send, then you should have the message: File (name) has been transferred to the Ftp server .What kind of files are accepted? in order for us to void the artwork (designing fee) vector formats such as: Eps, Pdf, Ai, Cdr......all text converted to curves, if full color, high resolution pictures (600 Dpi and up) such as Jpg, Tiff as CMYK or RGB.How do I know if my files are ok to print? right click on the file you want to send us click on properties to see its resolution and size to meet our requirements, also zoom in to almost the actual size you need it if if distorts too much it will be a bad file to work with, you can also printed to the desired actual size, enlarge it to see if its what you expect.
