How do I use the Ftp Uploader? after you have received the user name and password and put them in just log in all other options will remain as they are, in the second page you will need to choose: Upload. on the next page choose: Browse "Files" on left side for single files  or "Archives" for multiple files in zip, or win rar file folders, after you have located your file on you computer just select it and hit enter, when your file is visible on the browse section you are ready to send it (note you may choose several file to be sent at once, just browse and hit enter again for each file or folder) if ready hit the GREEN ARROW above to send, then you should have the message: File (name) has been transferred to the Ftp server .

What kind of files are accepted? in order for us to void the artwork (designing fee) vector formats such as: Eps, Pdf, Ai, Cdr......all text converted to curves, if full color, high resolution pictures (600 Dpi and up) such as Jpg, Tiff as CMYK or RGB.

How do I know if my files are ok to print? right click on the file you want to send us click on properties to see its resolution and size to meet our requirements, also zoom in to almost the actual size you need it if if distorts too much it will be a bad file to work with, you can also printed to the desired actual size, enlarge it to see if its what you expect. What is the Digitalizing fee? any design that its to be embroidered will have to be re-designed in a stitching format by sending us artwork even in a vector file or as a high resolution image will have to be prepared (digitalized) to be read by the embroidery machines. Normaly a 3.5"x3.5" runs about $65.00 and a back logo around the 6"x12" with a cost of $120.00

What is the turn around for orders? Screen printing 4-8 days, Embroidery 6-15 days, Signs 1-5 days, Offset (paper) printing 10-15 days, Graphic design 1-5 days, Website developing 8-30 days, Promotional items 5-10 days. The Rush order flat fee is $80.00 but can be change due the order volume or difficulty.  

What is the Screen charge? for anything screen printed we need to create a stencil plate to be used as our pattern to duplicate the design each time or for each garment / product by pushing ink Through the mesh frame and its only good for one color and one single logo. we remain owners of the screens the fee is for creating it and to erase it after is done (a long and complicated process is involved, which makes the screen a big cost to be considered each time we print any order) the cost for a single screen is $35.00
